Establishing a consistent bedtime routine can work wonders for both you and your baby! 👶💤 It helps signal to your child that it's time to wind down and prepare for sleep. Here's a simple routine you can try:
1. Give a warm bath 🛁
2. Gentle massage with lotion 💆♀️
3. Change into cozy pajamas 👚
4. Read a short story or sing a lullaby 📚🎵
5. Dim the lights and use white noise if needed 🔅🎧
Remember, consistency is key! It might take a few weeks, but your baby will start to associate these activities with sleep time.
