Establishing a consistent bedtime routine can work wonders for both you and your little one. It helps signal to your baby that it's time to wind down and prepare for sleep. Here's a simple routine you can try:
1. Give your baby a warm bath 🛁
2. Gently massage with lotion 💆♀️
3. Change into cozy pajamas 👚
4. Read a short bedtime story 📚
5. Sing a lullaby or play soft music 🎵
6. Dim the lights and keep the room quiet 🔅
Remember, consistency is key! It may take a few weeks, but your baby will start to associate these activities with sleep time.
