As new or expectant mothers, we often put ourselves last, but taking care of yourself is crucial for your well-being and your ability to care for your little one. Try to carve out a small pocket of time each day just for you. It could be as simple as:
• Enjoying a warm cup of tea in peace ☕
• Taking a short walk outside for fresh air 🚶♀️
• Doing some gentle stretches or yoga 🧘♀️
• Reading a few pages of a book you love 📚
• Having a relaxing bath 🛁
