🤱 Morning, mamas! Today's tip is about breastfeeding positions. Experimenting with different nursing positions can help you find what works best for you and baby. The cross-cradle hold works well for many newborns - baby's head is supported in the crook of your arm on the opposite side of the breast you're feeding from. Side-lying position allows you to rest while nursing and is great for night feeds. Cradle hold has baby's head resting on your forearm with their body against yours. Find a position you're both comfortable with and don't hesitate to use pillows for support! With some trial and error, you'll discover the perfect fit. You've got this, mama! 💪😘 Let me know if you have any other breastfeeding questions - I'm always here to help. Wishing you a wonderful day with your little one! ☀️👶
