Staying hydrated is super important during pregnancy, especially in these hot summer months. ☀️ Aim to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water per day. 💧
Tired of plain water? Mix it up with healthy additions like sliced cucumber 🥒, lemon 🍋, or mint leaves 🌿 for a refreshing twist. Herbal teas and fresh fruits/veggies with high water content (think watermelon 🍉) are great too!
Dehydration can cause headaches, fatigue, and even contractions. So keep that water bottle handy, and sip throughout the day for a healthy pregnancy glow! ✨💦
