Try to carve out at least 15-30 minutes to do something just for you 🙋‍♀️ Take a relaxing bath 🛀 read a few pages of a book 📖 do some gentle stretching 🧘‍♀️ or just sit and enjoy a cup of tea ☕ while baby naps. You'll feel recharged and more capable of handling the demands of motherhood. Self-care looks different for everyone, so find what works for you!
